QiGong is an ancient practice that has existed for more than 5,000 years. In recent history, It has become more acceptable to the general public of China. As time passes, scientific research has discovered that QiGong is a natural healing modality with medical-like results. Clinical studies have found evidence of improved posture, pain management, immune response, stress reduction, quality of sleep, physical balance/fall prevention, cardiovascular function, motor control, quality of life, and anti-inflammatory benefits.

QiGong is becoming a tried-and-true Eastern stress reduction catalyst in America. It is a gentle physical and mindful practice that balances the human structure. Truth Awakening wants to bring this ancient technology to you conveniently and affordably. Currently, we offer a QiGong Flow Set once a month in our membership called THE SHIFT!

Michael is a Level 1 (200-hour) QiGong Instructor trained under Bryan Isacks through Yoga Farm Ithaca, a Yoga Alliance-accredited Nonprofit. The practices being delivered are lineage-based in martial and medical QiGong. Some lineage teachers are Master Binhui He, Kevin Chen, Tom Bisio, Zang Ke, Lu Laoshi, and Aizhong Li.
